Our client Outreach, a Seattle-based startup that provides a sales engagement platform, worked with us to take its awards program to an entirely new level. With the challenge of pioneering a new market category and playing in the crowded and convoluted martech space, Outreach is always eager to find new ways to break through the noise. Further, the company is growing at a steady clip, making visibility among quality talent a key priority.

Building on the foundation of the solid media relations program we had in place for Outreach, our team proposed a lofty and substantial awards strategy. Our list of recommended opportunities included industry-specific, national and local awards, to ensure wins would raise visibility across audiences of current customers, prospects, investors and potential recruits.


Over the course of 2018, we worked with Outreach to develop compelling submissions for 14 awards. The rate of return on this effort was exactly what we’d aimed for, and in Q4 2018 alone, Outreach was honored with seven industry and top-tier national awards. Wins included Cloud 100, Entrepreneur 360 and Inc. Best Workplaces. Moreover, Outreach’s inclusion in these lists spurred top tier media coverage, including in Forbes and CNBC.
