Strategy for Success:

Barokas wanted to make a national splash with the platform launch to appeal to corporate partners before hyperlocalizing the benefits state by state to showcase the benefits at a personal level. To make that a reality, we had to educate the media on the advancements in telemedicine to overcome a competitive landscape that has soured most early adopters. And at a micro level, breaking down primary care statistics for every state helped tell a regional story.


Since launch, Barokas Communications has secured more than 50 pieces of coverage, ranging from national publications like CNBC and INC to regional outlets like ColoradoBiz and Nashville Post. The messaging pull-through has helped reshape a conversation on the need for primary care reform and how technology can make it happen.
